I wrote a piece for Forbes about why not all of the non-fungible token (NFT) mania around at the moment is entirely mad, so I thought I ought to take the next step and go out and create an NFT for myself so that I understood exactly how the process works for an artist. The first step, of course, was to simulate some art, which is why I used an old photo of me in an “Identity is the New Money” shirt, which I think is fun on a couple of levels.
